Not a book. Authentic souvenir of 1896 event. Pale ivory-white ribbon with black lettering and red decor, measuring (1.9 x 7 inches) 49 x 178 mm. The 22nd Michigan Infantry Regiment was mustered in 1862 and saw action in the US Civil War, including at Chickamauga, Kennesaw Mountain, Siege of Atlanta, and Battle of Jonesboro. This ribbon is from 1896 and states 29th Annual Reunion, Flushing, Michigan. ; This wonderful old item dates back to the days when ribbons were printed as souvenirs or membership badges for events. ; We have placed item in clear polyvinyl sleeve for protection. Only a small amount of fraying to each end, otherwise intact. No creases, no wrinkles, no tears. Extremely rare.
