This convention was held July 14-17, 1960, in California. The Al G. Barnes Ring (named for legendary circus owner Al G. Barnes and chaired by Elmer G. Bergen) was a regional unit of the CMB. ; Minor edgewear. No marks. Covers sunned around edges. Front cover lightly foxed. Slight curling to lower front tip. Quite scarce. ; Laid in: ribbon imprinted: "Host, Al G. Barnes Ring, Circus Model Builders, July 14-15-16-17, National Convention, Santa Monica" in nearly perfect condition with very small pinhole near top edge, minor fading around edges.
