18 pages; 8vo (8.5") 23 cm; Oblong softcover booklet, 11 x 8.5 inches, sidestapled, illustrated on front with performing animals, 18 unnumbered pages including covers, with 2-page Schedule of Events, 2-page Bull Session Notes, one-page List of Officials, and eight b/w drawings. Printing appears on eight pages (all bymimeograph except front cover); other pages blank, as issued. ; Founded in 1936, the purpose of CMB was to bring together all who build or own miniature models of circus equipment. This convention was held July 14-17, 1960, in California. The Al G. Barnes Ring (named for legendary circus owner Al G. Barnes and chaired by Elmer G. Bergen) was a regional unit of the CMB. ; Minor edgewear. No marks. Covers sunned around edges. Front cover lightly foxed. Slight curling to lower front tip. Quite scarce. ; Laid in: ribbon imprinted: "Host, Al G. Barnes Ring, Circus Model Builders, July 14-15-16-17, National Convention, Santa Monica" in nearly perfect condition with very small pinhole near top edge, minor fading around edges.
