Standard notation, much in chant style. ; Titles of sections include: Confession of Sins. Kyrie. Gloria in Excelsis. Hallelujah and Sentence. Nicene Creed. Offertory. Benedition. ; POOR condition. Missing two leaves (four pages, 37-40) of prayers from middle of communion service. Moderate foxing to pages 63-67. Two leaves show small area or waviness and discoloration on fore-edge from removed paper clip. Cloth starting to fray at tips. Binding tight. Rare.
