Copyright page 1878. No other dates. No other printings listed. List of author's works includes this title and states 'Just out.' ; Ms. Stowe's semi-autobiographiccal and final novel. ; Boards slightly bowed. Cloth worn at extremities but not frayed. Owner name, place and date (1905) neatly penned on front endpaper in fountain pen in a fine hand. Front free endpaper missing. Pages are clean, no marks, but each and every illustrated plate has margin dampstains. Binding tight. Sold as is.
