W. Moore and others. ; Revised Edition, Ten Thousand Copies, stated. ; Image shows frontispiece, as printed. ; Carrie Amelia Nation, lived 1846-1911, leader in Women's Christian Temperance Union (WCTU) and American anti-saloon movement and she had no love of tobacco or freemasons either. Much info on her smashing of liquor stores, stills, saloons, etc, and being thrown in filthy jail cells. Published by author. Printed by F. M. Steves & Sons, Topeka, Kansas. ; Cloth shows moderate wear all around, but not frayed. Owner name in small letters penned on front endpaper. No other marks. Hinges have some play but binding intact. Yes, this is an actual book from 1908, not a flimsy overpriced print-on-demand POS. Scarce.
